Taylor Squared has been a fan-favorite since they started dating three months ago, with Taylor Lautner even meeting his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s mom to get her approval. However, it looks like that’s all over now. It was also reported that there was some drama on the set of Valentine’s Day between the two Taylors and their co-star Emma Roberts.

Of the split, an insider tells Us magazine, “It wasn’t really developing into anything, and wasn’t going to, so they decided they were better as friends. There was no chemistry, and it felt contrived.”

Apparently, the two Taylors’ relationship went downhill after Mr. Lautner paid Miss Swift a birthday visit in Nashville earlier this month.

“He liked her more than she liked him,” the source tells Us. “He went everywhere he could to see her, but she didn’t travel much to see him.”
