Miley Cyrus is obsessed with Gossip Girl’s Penn Badgley. Miley admitted that she’s been obsessed with Penn since seeing his new film The Stepfather, a remake of the 1987 horror film of the same name. Miley was last rumored to be dating Liam Hemsworth, her co-star in her upcoming 2010 film The Last Song. And Penn’s already taken by his girlfriend of two years, his Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively anyway!
