Ashley reveals her New Moon diet? It’s very simple actually.. so how do you think Greene stay so fit for New Moon?

“It was really easy,” Ashley tells Usmagazine at the Magnificent Mile Festival of Lights event in Naperville, Il. “We were working 12 hours a day, so it didn’t leave too much time to eat.”

When she did have the time to eat, Ashley chose

“really healthy stuff, which was nice.”

Greene also said they were training extensively for the Twilight sequel which also accounted for her figure.

“We had a personal trainer and then we also had fight training,”  “It was a good four hours a day of training.”

Ashley does Pilates usually six days a week to stay in shape these days.

Greene tells US magazine: “I do it early in the morning. It wakes you up, and it’s kind of refreshing,” “And that is basically it. Sometimes cardio. I am not a big weight person because when I do weights I build muscle mass.”

Exercise is always a good thing. How do you stay in shape?
