Penn Badgley thinks dating Blake Lively might not have been the best idea. The co-stars and former childhood classmates have reportedly been dating since December 2007, a few months after the premiere of Gossip Girl.

Penn also adds that the crazed fans of Gossip Girl is one such thing that he and Blake are experiencing together:

When you’re involved in something like this, you have to work really hard to see it from the outside… When I’m surrounded by 100 teenage girls – that’s when it’s hitting me in the face. Those are interesting, revealing moments for me.
