Taylor Swift made People’s Best Dressed list of 2009. Taylor has been all over the news these days, hasn’t she?  The teen country darling was dubbed “Best Sparkle” by People magazine.

Taylor tells People describing her red-carpet signature style:

 ”Anything that glitters hypnotizes me,”  “It’s always an attention grabber.”

Taylor does carry herself very well and she is very stylish.
